Virginia "Ginny" M. Franklin Jones Black age 69, of Grove Oklahoma, died after a lengthy illness. She attended and graduated from Fairland schools. Married Black at Vinita Oklahoma. They moved to Grove in 1976, from Afton Oklahoma. Survived by her father, three sons: Don Black, Fairland; Eddie Jones, Grove; Vernon Black, Afton; Three daughters, Vicky Romans; Cathy Gladdish, White Salmon Washington and Valoy Delisea, Winthrop Washington; two brothers, Bill Franklin, LaHunta Colorado; and J. R. Franklin, Fairland; two sisters Shirley Fisher, Fairland and Marcie Hitesman, Seattle Washington.
